A short guide, written for first-timers

Never played Chicken Road ? Good — the learning curve is about thirty seconds long. A chicken, a road, numbered lanes, and a multiplier that grows while you keep going.

Difficulty does not change the rules, only the number of lanes, and therefore the risk. It is the one setting worth thinking about, and you change it with a single click before the round starts.

We go through the multipliers, the four modes and the supported devices. Take the time to try the demo : it is free, needs no account, and it saves you from meeting Hardcore mode with real money.

The multipliers, lane by lane

This is the heart of the game : every lane you clear carries its own multiplier. The early steps grow slowly on purpose, which is exactly what makes going one lane further so tempting.

How a round actually works

Pick a level

Four modes, Easy through Hardcore. It is the only setting to decide before the round starts.

Move, lane by lane

Each click sends the chicken across one more lane and raises the multiplier on screen.

Cash out in time

The cash-out button stays live until you are hit. That is the only real decision in the game.
